Our Strategic Plan was developed by the Parish Council to assure that the parish grows in a manner which meets the goals and objectives of the pastor and the parishioners of St. Ignatius. It is a “living plan,” covering a five-year period ending in 2015 that can be adjusted to meet changing needs and situations that normally occur within such a time frame.

The plan consists of five pillars that define the visions of the parish. They are supported by goals that set forth what we expect to accomplish under each of the pillars.

Parish Forums

Parishioners are updated on the implementation of the Plan and provided with a brief summary of the pillars as well as a more detailed analysis at parish forums. A summary of the comments and questions raised during the most recent forums can be seen here.

Creating the Strategic Plan

The Plan was developed in 2011 following extensive consultations with St. Ignatius parishioners. If you click on these links, you can review the results of our web-based survey and comments received at parish forums in 2011.
