Nineteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time

I went to Rehoboth Beach, DE for three days in July with two other Jesuit brothers. It’s a nice beach town and we past where President Biden’s house was, we took a bike ride on a nature trail, and went out to dinner for two of those three night and I even got to play skee ball, a favorite past time that reminded me of my childhood. We drove to a trail around Lewes, DE but got right back into the car because we were attacked by a swarm of mosquitoes. However, that was the extent of the activity because the rains were out in force and we were limited in what we could do. So I attacked two theological texts….
